The Dozeytones are a 6 piece Melbourne based trad jazz band. They are very much influenced by New Orleans trad jazz as well as the music and playing of Australian artists such as John Scurry and Allan Browne. They play standards, original compositions and Australian tunes all in the trad style. They have performed at venues and bars all across Melbourne as well as the Castlemaine Jazz Festival in 2025. The Dozeytones love bringing trad jazz to all generations as they are a fairly young band!
